WHAT PROBLEM DOES THIS WORKSHOP SOLVE? It educates core foundational pillars to maximise health outcomes for perimenopause that we were never taught at school, but really need to know. The earlier we can start the better, but whether you are 20 or 50+, this workshop will ensure you and your loved ones will have the knowledge to implement daily habits and strategies to optimise bone, muscle and health needs. This workshop prepares you from puberty, through pregnancy so you are S.T.R.O.N.G. and prepared for perimenopause.

This workshop equips managers and workforce leaders with an understanding of how perimenopause’s impacts female physiology in physical, mental and emotional form, leading to a better understanding of how this can manifest in work performance. With this information, workplaces can then identify the opportunities and the challenges that exist in their own context, and how these may be overcome or adjusted to support talent retention.
