Forewarned - From 20 - Peri

WHAT PROBLEM DOES THIS WORKSHOP SOLVE? It educates core foundational pillars to maximise health outcomes for perimenopause that we were never taught at school, but really need to know.

Encompassing all the fundamental health principles that she herself has learned only recently but wishes she knew then. Introducing the S.T.R.O.N.G. framework that Mani developed with her own daughter in mind. This workshop educates an audience of all ages and life stages about the key pillars of hormones, bone density and muscle mass formation and preservation. Knowing what to do in the developmental years post puberty, through pregnancy leading up to perimenopause, puts women in a stronger position to better withstand the negative impacts of the perimenopausal hormone transition.

The S.T.R.O.N.G. framework aims to maximise female physiological health leading up to initial symptoms of reproductive hormone decline.

It explains the impact of reproductive hormones in all body functions and circuitry.

How symptoms manifest as a result of decline and reveals how, in fact, you are never 'too young' to experience the transition into perimenopause.

The workshop offers practical, scientifically backed advice that women can implement every day.

Forearmed - From Confusion to Clarity

WHAT PROBLEM DOES THIS SOLVE? - Women get the tools to take back control of their individual perimenopause journey and learn the language that will enable them advocate for their needs with medical professionals.

Guides the audience on how to collate a symptom profile, identify the top 3 issues that must be addressed to get life back on track and prepare notes to take to their Dr appointments so they can advocate for what they need and want - without forgetting what they wanted to ask when they get there (it happens!)

How to identify key health priorities interfering with their daily lives so they can seek appropriate management and treatment.

Making decisions around key treatment options and recording these onto a GP appointment preparation sheet,

Mani shares strategies, language and education that allows women to advocate to get what they need from their medical professionals.

Participants can reuse the materials and tools as often as they like, continually refining and improving their communication with their health professionals.

This workshop helps women take back control of their bodies and the narrative around their daily lives, keeping them healthy and productive at home and at work, long after the workshop is complete.

WHAT PROBLEM DOES THE WORKSHOP SOLVE? - The F.O.R.M.I.D.A.B.L.E. framework helps women to strategically identify their 'First, Next, and Then' steps to design their lives on their terms, for the woman she is now or the one she wants to become, rather than the woman she has had to be until now. Because menopause and midlife aren't the end - it's the start of a whole new chapter - one that she can be the author of, where she is in control - but she may not know how to get there alone.

Perimenopause and menopause collide into a woman's world when she may be coming to terms with the changing nature of her role as a mother, the relationship with her own parents, her work and career aspirations while also looking at how to fulfil and fuel her soul. It's a lot and can be confusing!

Utilising her very own F.O.R.M.I.D.A.B.L.E . framework, Mani guides attendees to investigate and maximise other areas of their lives. Her fitness and health goals or needs may have changed and a revised approach to life may be called for. She may be looking to reconnect with her values - who she is, what she wants and what matters to her. This workshop will help her find what she's looking for.
